This was due to the blockade in the village of Rudare in Zvecan, which Serbs have decided since last night.
Placing the barricades has occurred because of yesterday's arrest of Kosovo's office chief in Serbia's government, Marko Djuric.
Such methods of blocking roads by Serbs are known during previous periods, until then police officers and customs officers have been sent to work by KFOR.
