Thus, the Assembly continues to face the MPs' lack of concern for their work, KTV reports.
Despite early warnings that Friday would have a new session, the number of MPs did not reach even 60, which did not enable enough votes for the adoption of the agenda and other points.
MPs did not come to the hall, despite the hearing being postponed twice.
The LDK asked the assembly to take action against irresponsible MPs.
This proposal was supported by the deputy chairman of the assembly, Xhavit Haliti, but was strongly opposed by the ruling coalition.
This prompted Haliti to decide that the session will continue from 15 o'clock on the condition that the members in the hall, especially those in position and absent.
Such readiness was again ignored, and the session began with about 30 minutes late.
During the morning, Social Democrat Initiative deputy Milaim Zeka argued for his absence and several other MPs on the day the demarcation vote was anticipated.
By this reasoning, however, the mayor, Kadri Wessel, was not reconciled.
At this session, 30 points of the agenda were designed to be discussed.
