The Kosovo Assembly deputies have already been equipped with new ballot cards. During today VV deputy Lieburn Aliu has stolen MP's cards so he can't vote the demarcation.
All MPs are equipped with cards, and the same are eligible to vote in case the demarcation of the border with Montenegro is put to the polls.
Today's demarcation hearing has failed to be held after VV deputies have fired tear gas four times. Some of them have also been arrested by Kosovo Police.
Meanwhile, internationals are constantly calling for demarcation to be voted on. This agreement is calculated as one of the main conditions that would enable Kosovars visa liberalisation.
