Kosovo dialogue mediator Serbia Federica Moghrini has met with Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq. This meeting is held prior to their joint meeting with Hashim Thaci.
This is confirmed by European Commission spokeswoman Maja Kocijanqiq.
“High Representative for Foreign Policy and Security Federica Moghrini has met with Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, prior to the joint meeting with Kosovo President Hashim Thaci”, Kocijanqi wrote.
