He reported to the Commission for Internal Affairs and Security for the annual Report for 2017 and recent events in the north, said that for yesterday's ban on Serbian officials there has been a Government decision and that the action has been completely legal, the KP writes.
Vetevendosje MP Rexhep Selimi requested clarification from Maxhu for yesterday's situation in northern Mitrovica. Maxhun was asked whether the police commander in the north has refused the action yesterday in the north for Djuric's arrest. But Maxhun stressed there was no rejection of orders from the commander PK's north.
While talking about the annual KPC report for 2017, Maxhun said police work during 2017 has been quite good, preventing many negative and disturbing issues for the country.
He said that the number of criminal acts has marked declines, as well as perpetrators. While he pointed out that there are more homicides after 25 people were killed during 2017, more than in 2016.
