Kosovo's Foreign Ministry has indicated that it has refused the request to enter Kosovo, Marko Djuriqi.
Jethlir Zyberaj, chief of the cabinet of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Behgjet Pacolli, has confirmed to news that the director of the so-called Office for Kosovo in Serbia government, Marko Djuric, has refused the request to enter Kosovo.
The visiting request is rejected by Djuric and his team, due to the situation created in recent days, and after statements Djuric has issued and which have contributed to the rising tensions, as well as ongoing declarations that clash with the Brussels agreement between the two countries”, he has declared.
Marko Djurovic was planning that the messages of Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq for the “problems Serbia has with the internationals for Kosovo independence” brought to Kosovo Serbs, but with an aggressive propaganda to keep them in hope that Serbia is taking care of them.
These statements, Zyberaj says, are undermining the process of normalising relations between states, so this too is the main reason why it has been refused permission to enter Kosovo.
These statements have directly damaged the process of normalising relations between the two countries and overcoming the permit granted in previous cases by Djuric are additional arguments for rejecting Pacolli's request for permission, Pacolli's cabinet chief later said.
