“Because of the wavering trust in the judiciary in the case of young Almir Aliu, I, as the first of the justice in the country, feel the moral obligation to resign from the post of justice minister, as an act that I believe will be even greater senability of the attention of institutions and of all society in the fight of uncompromis for reforms in judicial”, Saliu, who was appointed by the Democratic Union for Integration in office.
It's about the murder of a four-year-old child, Almir Aliu, on June 25th 2016, who preceded a banal rage between the author and family members of the victim.
After beating between them near the city's emergency, the author of the work, Boban Ilq, had hit the child who had changed his life at the scene.
This work has prompted numerous reactions in the Albanian opinion, which requires the punishment of “suicide” of the author.
Reactions have escalated following the Prosecutor's decision that after a year of court hearings change the qualifications of the work in “axid” traffic.
The clashes have also continued in the High Prosecutor and Republican, where there has been ethnic division between Albanian and Macedonian prosecutors.
In recognition of the decision to re-qualification of the case, protests under the motto “Without Justice” were warned Wednesday before the government.
