Limaj: Do not be in the souls of those who do evil things.

This reaction by Limaj came after today's court ruling that cleared him of all charges concerning the case of éBellanica.

He has said he knows who orchestrated these cases against him, but he does not want to mention names publicly.

Don't be in the souls of those people who do these evil things, causing double pain to families. I know who orchestrated this case. Even those who did. Even the justice organs know. Let's see who did the propaganda. This case that has happened to me, I hope no one else is happening”, Limaj said.

He also said the time has come for new prosecutors and judges.

According to him, in court cases against him, no facts were provided.

There has been no evidence since this trial process began. We need to be careful in such situations because we are dealing with human lives. This process has proved that it has nothing to do with the Serbian regime. It's an ordiner crime, and it should be treated as such. I expect justice to find those who committed the crime. There is no known who committed the crime by whom the order was given. You can't accuse someone just because you're responsible for an area of”, Limaj said.

He has said that the prosecution has offered no evidence even in the case of the Ministry of Infrastructure, but despite that the process lasted nine years.

“I hope these cases will affect the discretion of the Court. It happens by accident, not several times. They say we get him here or there on occasion. This legal state has to work. You follow the evidence, there's enough evidence. Careful to file charges and responsibilities to get due sentence”, Limaj said./Periscopi
