Is the LDK divided? Avdullah Hot's reaction comes

Avdullah Hoti has expressed confidence that the Parliamentary Group of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) is the most united on the Kosovo political scene. This Parliamentary Group's chief says LDK deputies represent the largest party in Kosovo.

Responding to media reports that the LDK Parliamentary Group has been divided, Hoti has denied these reports. According to Hoti, the LDK will soon take responsibility for the country's leadership.

The LDK's “Parliamentary Group represents the party with the greatest support in Kosovo and is completely unique. That's it. Now when we quickly take responsibility in leading the country, of course, they order”, wrote Hoti.

But some of Avdullah Hot's conclusions are contradictory.

In the recent parliamentary elections, the most voted party in Kosovo, according to the CEC results, has emerged the Vetevendosje Movement with 32 MPs, then comes the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) with 28 MPs.

Also, in contrast to Hoti's statements, the party led by Isa Mustafa has repeatedly faced disunity within the party's deputies.

About 10 LDK deputies had failed to comply with the positions of this party to vote on the border demarcation agreement with Montenegro.

This issue was even caused by the collapse of the Mustafa government over the past year.

LDK deputies had shown disobedience to their party and leaders even at the moment of the government's vote in 2014, where Isa Mustafa was mandated for prime minister.
