MPs from the Serbian List seem to be making the most of the opportunity to get money from Kosovo's budget. They on Tuesday, without being held at all by the Parliament administration, have entered at the end of the session and signed on as if they were in the session just to get the wages.
One such case has been reported by Kosova Prees, in 2016, when Democratic Party of Kosovo MP Ganimete Musliu was not allowed by the Parliament administration official to be signed, since she was not in session, but Musliu soon found the way to success. He went through the other door, where they didn't see him coming from the outside and it was signed.
The same did not happen to the deputies of the Serbian List, who at Tuesday's session entered and signed without any trouble, though the session had almost ended.
Tuesday's session, which began at 10:00, did not last more than 30 minutes in the absence of consensus to continue the session.
On the other hand, Serbian List deputies, at the time the session was on pause, specifically in the 27 o'clock minute, are seen entering through the door, as they continue at the location where they allegedly sign up for session.
They didn't even get held up by the administration. After the signing, however, greetings continued with MPs until the session stopped due to a lack of quorum.
In this regard, Parliament Secretary Ismet Krasniqi has told Kosovas that MPs have the right to sign when the session is under way.
According to him, in April, the sessions that were held during the month of March are calculated, and only then do they receive the hires for sessions.
“I don't know whether Serbian List deputies will be paid for Tuesday's session, as the report is made in April alone”.
