Brigadier General Infente Spahiu is the first female officer promoted to this rank, from the Kosovo Security Force ranks, as well as the first officer in office of the Brigade Commander.
KSF Minister Rrustem Berisha commended General Cikaci for all achievements achieved at the helm of this institution, saying that KSF's successes make us proud and boast of KDS achievements.
He has praised and congratulated Brigadier General Ifente Spahiun, saying that along with the current mission that KDS has, he must also prepare for additional duties and responsibilities that will be taken after the political decision to transform the KSF into the Kosovo Armed Forces.
KSF Commander Lieutenant General Tman Rama, KSF offers equal opportunities to all officers, regardless of gender, race and ethnic affiliations.
