Is it true that Brussels is seeking the Association of Serbian municipalities in Kosovo? Well, well, you just have to make sure which association? What is said in the European Charter for decentralisation; 2. What is highlighted in the Ahtisaari Document and the Constitution of Kosovo, or 3. What has been achieved in Brussels in Thaci and Mustaf agreements?
The latter's association is unconstitutional. The version of three documents highlighted at the outset is in use in Kosovo, and why not serve the majority Serb municipalities in Kosovo?
If it must be anything different from the association of the European Charter, the Ahtisaari Document and our Constitution, it cannot be associated, so say its real name. Leave the fairy tales, like you in Brussels like you Kosovo “leaders”!
For this matter I have written and reacted extensively, now I will not be extended, as I address this issue as well in the book “The Art of Talks”, which is expected to be promoted on March 29, 2018, but what I mean now is this:
