Arianian Koci is one of more than 40 Kosovo lawyers who are able to become part of the Special Court's Protection Record. Many more internationals have been following this registry, writes Koha Ditore today.
Although the call for application has been made for months, the registry has not been finalised. This is because “carner” is going through the entire arm of lawyers who want to work in Special. The strictest veterans are subject to Kosovars.
The lawyer Koci has received confirmation Tuesday afternoon that he is accredited at The Hague-based court, which will address war crimes claims by KLA members expressed in the report of Senator Dick Marty.
