Albania's Border Police have arrested a Kosovo citizen, declared in international search, with the aim of extradition.
According to police, the police arrested at the border crossing point in Morina, is 33 years old from the village of Xrxe of Rahoveci, with the initials A.Th.
This citizen was captured at the entrance of the SPK.Morine, where during the census in the system, it resulted in an international search, by the Swiss authority. Court De La Broye Et Du Nord Vaudois, Yverdon-Les-Bains/Zvicer, by decision No. 35/2013, 1402.2013, has sentenced him to 18 months in prison for committing criminal acts “The destruction of property”, “Persecution”, “Enter the Federal Law for Foreign;”, provided by articles 122, 144 etc. Also, the De La Broye Et du Nord Vaudois Court, Jverdon-Les-Bains/Zvicer, by decision No. 420/2016, age 27.12.2016, has sentenced him to 6 months in prison for his criminal act, “sexual relations with the remaining violence in the eight-way”, envisioned by articles 22 and 190 of the Swiss Criminal Code”, says the report.
Materials were passed to the District Attorney of Kukes for further action
