The Constitutional Court in Gjilan has sentenced the accused L to two years in prison. C., after driving his vehicle on Gjilan Street on February 22nd, Pristina had shot the child E to death. B.
With these actions the accused committed criminal work “jeopardising public traffic Article 378 paragraph 1 related to Article 8 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code”.
The court also pronounced it L.C. and additional punishment ? Stop driving in the three-year term after the end of the sentence.
