The Kosovo Energy Corporation (KEK) and the Independent Kosovo Energy Union (SPEK) have been forced to return the means to workers who had been banned illegally.
This decision was made by the Labour Inspectorate, since in January of this year “Koha Ditore” had reported how SPEK chairman Izet Mustafa, through a “accommodation guidance” (Last year) conditioned holiday users at sea to stay for a year in this union.
On the contrary, the means spent on rest would be cut off for six months.
Since there were SPEK workers who, after returning from Albania, had abandoned this union, the stops had begun. The implementation of this illegal document was the Kosovo Energy Corporation.
The labour inspector on February 26th 2018 has issued a binding decision for SPEK and KEK No. 01-60-02-1/2018. Under the decision, Izet Mustafa except that he violated the union organisation Law, in the case of conditioning he violated the Union's very statue.
