Hoxhaj has said that the language used is racist, chauvinistic and unacceptable, while he has reiterated that Monday's action has not been directed against the Kosovo Serb community, but against an official who has entered Kosovo illegally.

The “Gjuja used to the Kosovo Police, on the part of Serbian President Vuciq and those arrested Djuric, is racist, chauvinist and unacceptable. This action has not been directed against the Kosovo Serb community. The less, when Kosovo police are a multiethnic institution, and many of its members are also coming from the Serb community”, Hoxhaj has said.

“Once again reiterated that any of the Serbian officials who think they can violate the constitution and the laws of Kosovo, as well as the agreements reached in Brussels, is wrong, and the same will answer before law”, Hoxhaj wrote in the response posted on Facebook.

Hoxhaj said Kosovo Police have implemented the Constitution and the laws of Kosovo, as well as the agreement reached between Kosovo and Serbia in Brussels.

The Special Unit of the Kosovo Police in its intervention for the arrest of Serbian official Marko Djuric, who entered Kosovo illegally on Monday, has implemented the constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, laws and agreement reached between Kosovo and Serbia in Brussels”, has completed his statement Hoxhaj.
