US Ambassador to Kosovo Greg Delaway has spoken from the Parliament, before the media, following the drop of tear gas in the Assembly, in opposition to deregulation with Montenegro.
Delawie has expressed disappointment with what happened today, saying that those who have banked with ideas are turning to violence again to fulfill their goals, writes Periscope.
Today's “has been a great disappointment to me. People who have occupied ideas return to violence for their own purposes. Kosovo is better than that. This should not happen in a European state. Tear gas is not European. I would like to stress that I have respect for MPs who try to meet their goals by democratic means, as well as for the Assembly staff who do their jobs despite the state of emergency. The MPs would ask to return to the Assembly and say “They tell you “This issue has been blocking Kosovo for many years and it is time for Kosovo to work”, Delawi said. /Periscopi/
