Germany has always wanted Kosovo without Serbia

The West never wanted Kosovo to be with Serbia. Since the 1974 Constitution, when Serbia “divided into three sections”, there is a plan for its secession. That's what Germany wanted, and there's been a continuation ever since. So it is deception that the issue can be discussed with the European Union in which [...]
Thus, says Belgrade newspaper “vecernje novosti”, the French geopolitical historian Alexis Troudes to the question “why the European Union in the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue is favouring the Kosovo side. According to him, Time.net broadcasts. The compromise from the beginning has not been possible, and the Kosovo issue is seen as the issue of the new world order in which the BRIKS (Brazili, Russia, India, China, Republic of South Africa) are playing a major role.
Regarding Kosovo, Albania and the Balkans, the Belgrade newspaper has asked questions according to the appetites of Serbian hegemonymism and French historian Troude, at least according to what it published “ovost”, has not intended to answer in that same spirit.
Time.net publishes the entire interview:
In Serbia, there are thoughts that the solution could be found at the international conference. Is it worth it?
That could be the solution, as it has been many times in the history of the Balkans, 1815 and 1878. At such a conference, borders that Tito had imposed without referendum and without the will of all Balkan peoples could be changed. In my opinion, in the future the Slavic federation of Serbia, Republika Srpska and Macedonia could be formed.
We've heard from Western countries several times that there's no border changes...
It's in Western interest to say so. And the interest of the new world order being built by Russia, India and China is opposite, the goal, respectively, is to be based on the United Nations, host international conferences and talk about new borders.
Do you foresee Albania as large?
Albania's growth has been on the trend since 1912. It would have one-third of Macedonia, south of Kosovo, not Dukagjin and part of Montenegro. Whatever government is in power in Montenegro, it will be forced to grant Albanians more rights in the north and west of the country, but according to the system that is in Macedonia.
What time do you expect such a solution?
Over the next ten years. Juncker has said that 2025 is the indicator date for the start of Western Balkan countries' integration into the European Union and that international conferences could be held at this time.
And on the map <x0re” of the Balkans, do you see Serbia with Kosovo?
Serbia on this issue emerged naive. In the 1990 ' s, it said: Make sure Serbia does not become large and that it is not worth fighting for anything. On the other hand, “Great Albania” de facto is here. I don't understand why Serbian power, whoever it is, is ashamed and always thinks there are rules in politics. That's a big trick. That's how Russians think they're real. There's no truth in politics. This is known in the West, and there's only real policy there: We have our own interests and move on.
Is it not paradox that the EU asks Serbia not to prevent Kosovo's European path until within the Union five states know Kosovo?
This is paradox. These five countries will never recognise Kosovo, while it is not excluded for other states to change their mind. After five years, the situation will not be the same. For that reason Serbia should currently be strong and keep its course.
