We have failed to investigate war crimes (Video)

Ismet Salihu from the Institute for Investigation of War Crimes acknowledged that Kosovo institutions have failed in this area.

18 years after the end of the war, Kosovo's institutions have failed to draw up all the data on crimes committed and damages that are due to the last 1998-99 war.

As Kosovo Justice “broadcast” since 2012 The Institute for Investigation of War Crimes has failed to investigate everything that happened during the last war.

Ismet Salihu admits that they have failed to collect all the data. He says they didn't have the conditions to act.

According to him, it is a major failure of all Kosovo institutions that have been unable to do much in gathering ground data for all damage caused by the recent war.
