For three years EULEX has dropped 20 court processes

Twenty court processes have been handed over to the European Union for Rule of Law (EULEX) to local judges at the Pristina Foundation Court over the past three years. Among them are high profile indictees, such as Sami Lushtaku, Uke Rugova, Azem Syla and Enver Sekiraca, writes today Koha Ditore.
Some EULEX subjects have handed them over, even though they have been almost at the end of the trial, as is the case with former Sqaheraj leader Sami Lushtaku, while others have returned from the Court of Appeals in the retrial.
The only reason that officials of this mission have given for “CHANE” about the transfer of these substances to the locals is that “are in the process of handing over the matter since 2014”. They have also warned that they are preparing to leave Kosovo in June this year.
For the Court to Pristina, the transfer of these subjects is cargo.
