The ceremony took place: Deputy Prime Minister of the MSF Burim Ramadani, KSF Commander Lieutenant General Gjundman Rama, Secretary General Shkelzen Sylaj, director of NLAT, General Hoffman, Major General Zymer Halimi, Brigadier General Nazmi Brahimaj, Brigadier General Iffente Spahiu, Brigadier General Naim Haziri, Brigadier General Fadil Hadregjaj, representatives of the diplomatic chorus, NALT representatives and officers and deputy FSK officers.
After reading the decree of the president of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci, for the appointment of Brigadier General Enver Ciclaki, commander of the Land Forces Command and deputy commander of the Kosovo Security Force, began the change ceremony of the Earth Forces Command from Major General Gzim Hazroll to Brigadier General Enver Cikaqi.
In his speech, MSF Deputy Minister Burim Ramadani, after thanking Major Gzezim Hazrollin and Brigadier General Enver Cicaqi, for professional and dedicated engagement, in carrying out office in the country's service, said: “The KSF is the most reliable institution in Kosovo, and this is a major achievement thanks to your commitment and commitment. A professional institution like KSF is the face of the new Kosovo, is the example of how young people and young people love their country and want to serve Kosovo”.
Deputy Prime Minister Ramadani finally added: ” if the dream of generations has been the freedom and state of Kosovo, the dream we are living today is that the Kosovo flag will be with NATO, in contributing for security around the world”.
While the KSF commander, Lieutenant General Xhaman Rama, said: “for me as KSF commander, it is an honor and a privilege that here along with all of you to mark this particular day of switching command between the two generals, Major General Gzim Hazroll and Brigadier General Enver Cikaqi. The KSF in the years we left behind has built and developed its capacities, making transfer from consumer to security producers. We continue to offer our readiness to contribute with these capacities to the establishment of regional and wider stability and security. Even this year, the KSF has been praised as the most reliable institution in the country. We have achieved this belief by means of commitment and professional devotion by always being close to citizens and drawing close to them in a secure environment. We have achieved many successes, but we still have work to do”. Finally, General Rama said: “many challenges await us in the future, so we have to prepare for them to pass through creative solutions and to the best of the institution”.
During his speech, Major General Guzim Hazrolli, said among other things that “the exact development of KSF has come as a result of the joint engagement of all of us for all of our achievements we should be grateful to all the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo, KFOR, NALT, the Atava National Guard and our strategic partners. We have to feel good about the achievements, but we can't afford to enjoy ourselves and bypass the road started, make every citizen of our country a reality with KSF today, and I believe tomorrow with the Armed Forces”.
Finally, the admission of the KFT commander's duty was made by Major General Gzim Hazrolli to Brigadier General Enver Cikaqi.
