The driver who shot two people dead tonight at Burrel is allegedly a 15-year-old.
Police suggest that a vehicle and a motorcycle were involved in the accident, and then the car has hit two pedestrians, Gentian Hanin, and Alfred Balla, to death.
After the accident, the driver didn't stop at the scene but left with his vehicle.
Several hours after the event, the Police Commissioner Matt, has been presented to the owner of the car, 50-year-old with G.D. initials, as well as his son, 15-year-old with the initial J.N.
The serious accident left the 17-year-old A.H, who is being transported to Tirana's hospital, wounded.
The investigative group is continuing investigations into the full whiteening of the causes of the accident.
