He before the hearing began and issued a statement before journalists, calling on MPs to vote on the agreement with Montenegro not to leave isolated citizens, the KP reports.
Delawie said the vote on this agreement will show which parties are serious, to govern Kosovo for the benefit of its citizens, which are only interested in marking political points.
