The state of Kosovo today indicated it does not allow it to be overcome by those who were together in Milosevic's rule.
Marko Djuriqi's arrest is a shot move, and must show Serbia that they can no longer exhibit the Belgrade government to come and provoke to Kosovo. That time has taken forever in 1999.
