Independent MPs' Parliamentary Group chief Dardan Sejdiu has said that the possibility of forming a new party cannot be considered, since they decided today to form a new parliamentary group.
In Info Magazine of Kosovo, he has declared that this does not go out of the logic of things, as twelve MPs from the group have similar thinking and vision for the republic.
The “is a normal flow of things to have an independent group of MPs that have a similar mind on topics that affect the republic. It has been seen for a long time that instead of talking about solutions, we are repeated with them. We need to have this group of people with progressive thinking in a parliamentary group”.
The Self-Determination and related themes were seen. I think this is the best way to offer solutions. We've come to a situation when we need to be organized as a group, for this progressive approach to subjects. We need to direct this voice towards topics of importance” in the Kosovo Assembly.
We have formed the group with 12 deputies. We invite all those who have this mind to join us. We don't even have time to stop and talk about stupid things, but we need to get organized to work on things that affect the lives of the citizen”.
This republic lacks development, and it cannot be achieved by dealing with each other, but by pushing ahead the agenda that regulates the lives of citizens. We've made our position for demarcation clear. Had there been a change of attitude, he would have behaved ever since he was in the 488x1> assembly.
“As of today we have made the decision to form the parliamentary group and as we aim to push forward progressive policies, then even the idea of forming a new party cannot be thought of”.
Sejdiu has also commented on Shpend Ahmeti's statement, which days ago said that he does not support either side since Vetevendosje Movement, while he said he believes he can work together in the best interests of the citizen.
