So has Serbian diplomacy chief Ivica Dacic, according to which the entire process of dialogue can now be turned to zero, the Kosovo Press broadcasts.
The “call on the EU and the US to urgently influence in Pristina to fulfil the obligations made in the Brussels agreement, as there is the maximum danger that the negotiation process will eventually end. Belgrade will have no responsibility regarding this”, Dacic told Sputnik.
