The Constitutional Court in Pec has declared Naser Pajazitaj innocent of the murder of Donjeta Pajasitaj in 2015, while sentenced him to two years and four months in prison on the other charge of illegal possession.

Donjet Pajasitaj was found dead in the mountains of Strellci in Decani in December 2015, six weeks after being reported missing from family members.
