The Renda Criminal Appeals Court has enabled the prison arrest measure for Marjana Cemetta, the 21-year-old bride who poisoned her mother-in-law.
The decision was made this morning, and hojah Hysen Shehu, where Marian confessed and former husband, Agim Lami, were placed on presentation.
The event took place on April 30, 2017, where Lami Freedom was reported and killed, writes Top Channel.
Following nearly a year's police investigation, the alleged author of her murder was the bride, then the wife of the victim's son, who was arrested on March 13th of this year.
According to the official police announcement on March 13th, Agim Lami (the victim's husband's husband), Arben Saliu (Sunam's cousin ) and Hysen Shehu, the hoja who has shot the Cmetta's confession, have been aware of the incident and its authorship, and have not reported near competent bodies hiding the event.
