First Deputy Prime Minister Behgjet Pacolli is convinced that not only the goran deputy Adem Hodza, but the entire Srspska List will vote Demarkation with Montenegro at Tuesday's session.
He, though currently abroad, says that so far with everything has been okay with minority deputies
Serbian Minister in the Government of Kosovo Dalibor Yevtic has stated to Serbian media that Serbian List will not vote on Kosovo- Montenegro. This statement, however, is not striking the head of the AKRRA, Behgjet Pacolli. All of this, according to him, is only according to Belgrade media.
With the Serbian List it was almost all right I believe it's just because of Belgrade media because everything was okay. I'm still being booked to speak to the prime minister today, he knows everything I don't know anything”, Pacolli tells Express.
Although Ramush Haradinaj's deputy, commenting on reports that one of the deputies of the Serbian List, Adem Hodza, will vote on the agreement, said not only he, but the entire Serbian party in Kosovo will vote in favour.
I believe Adam Hodza is just speculation, because the demarcation will vote it all, not just him. I believe if anything radical changed it was all right. You still talk to no one that I'm outside”, he added among other things.
The Demarkation hearing is scheduled to be held Tuesday at 4: 00 p.m. The Government Coalition has declared it currently has 79 votes. As long as they're in talks about the 80th vote. The Vetevendosje movement is fundamentally against the vote, as well as from Moliqaj's arm.
Three previous sessions failed to be held for border agreement. Because of this failure, it was the lack of votes. The Government partner had declared that the session would be held only when enough votes were secured to pass it.
For ratification of the demarcation agreement, 80 votes from the 120 deputies held by the Kosovo Parliament are needed.
The agreement on demarcation with Montenegro signed in 2015 has also been met with an annex-agreement between the two presidents -- the one of Kosovo Hashim Thaci and Montenegro, Filip Vujanovic.
In the agreement signed between the two presidents, it is said that after ratification of the demarcation in the Kosovo assembly, the two countries will review the border line and reform should there be concessions.
The demarcation vote with Montenegro would liberalise visas for Kosovars. This is the EU's last condition for Kosovo, leading to visas. Meanwhile, internationals are constantly calling on lawmakers to vote on the agreement as soon as possible and not leave the people in isolation.
