British police have announced today that they have begun investigating the murder of Russian businessman in London, Nikolai Gloshkov.
Police name it murder after the autopsy found that he died of the violence used in the neck, while the investigation is being led by antiterrorism detectives.
Glouskov, 68, was an associate of Boris Berezovski, a Russian oligarch and a strong critic of the Kremlin, who died under questionable circumstances in 2013.
Glouskov was found dead at his home in south London on Monday. His death came a week after former spy Sergei Scripal and his daughter, Julia, were poisoned by nervous agents in the British town of Salisbury.
British authorities say the substance that poisoned Scripalat is a powerful nervous agent produced in Russia.
