Today morning a 32-year-old woman jumped from the sixth floor of a building in Gjakova. The same has suffered severe bodily injuries, and after treatment at the Gjakova hospital has been sent to the CqU.
Freedom Podrimaj from Gjakova Police confirmed the news, saying that 32-year-old victims have fallen from the sixth floor.
With the date 02.03.18 at 09:10 a.m. police station in Gjakova has received information that on Mother Teresa Street, a female gender person had fallen from the sixth floor of a building. Police have immediately appeared at the scene and realised that victim V. W. had dropped from the balcony of the sixth floor”, Podrimaj said.
The victim has suffered serious bodily injuries on the back shaft and neck rings. After helping him at the regional hospital “isa Grezda” in Gjakova the same has been transferred to QKU for further treatment.
Gazette Express sources have reported that this woman had closed the door to the apartment and that until her husband went to the car to get the key, she was thrown out of the sixth floor.
The motives that led up to this event are not known, police in Gjakova are continuing with investigations to understand the circumstances of the case.
