Their arrest follows after yesterday state public prosecutor Lubomir Joveski announced that until the Criminal Court, an indictment has been handed over against 30 persons over the events on April 27th.
Twenty-eight people have been charged with criminal offence “with terrorist danger of constitutional order and security”, while two have been helped during the conduct of the same criminal act, confirmed by the MPB for MIA.
The accused, according to PR public prosecutor Lubomir Joveski, have jeopardised the constitutional order and security of the RM with acts of violence that have created a sense of uncertainty and fear in citizens.
The Supreme Court on Monday, deciding about the suspects' complaints, has decided on a portion of them to lift house arrest measures and house arrest.
