US Ambassador to Belgrade Kyle Scott said tonight that developments in Mitrovica present a major step back.
“I hope the cold heads will make the situation calm. There is no alternative to dialogue and the peaceful coexistence of all peoples in the Balkans”, the US diplomat tweets.
Marko Djuric has been arrested today by Kosovo Police following the illegal passage from Serbia to Kosovo.
Politicians and international leaders have reacted to the event. So far, Prime Minister Haradinaj himself has not spoken.
