The border customs checkpoint Morine Venceca, connecting Kosovo and Albania, by the beginning of April, will have only one <x0drarian” for control, Koha Ditore writes today.
The envisioned target for serving two customs administrations -- Kosovo and Albania -- according to Lulzim Rafuna -- has been completed and that with its functioning customs procedure and the elimination of bureaucracy at the customs crossings with Kosovo. Rafuna exercises official functions in the two governments. He is an adviser to Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, including Minister of Finance in the Government of Kosovo Bedri Hamza.
The joint Customs facility, located on Albania's territory, was beginning to be built in April last year with financing from the European Union Office in Tirana through IPA funds.
