Those comments, Haradinaj made after being asked by Vetevendosje Movement MP Xhelal Svecla, about implementing agreements reached so far by the two governments' meetings.
The capacity to co-operate with the Republic of Government Albania exists, but it's not that effective, it hasn't happened enough, in the past, I guess not now. There is a good feeling, in great will, there is one. But there's practically some I'm calling in some ways.
