The AGK considers that the Kosovo Assembly, the institution that has adopted the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, halting the transmission of images from the convention cameras and moving the focus of accredited media cameras that were recording images from the space reserved in the House of Parliament, prevented journalists' work, access to information and the right of citizens to be informed, by violating Article 42 of the constitution, which guarantees freedom of media.
The AGK has also been announced by colleagues who have been covering the hearing that they have been asked to release the hall where the plenary hearing was being held.
The AGK requires the head of the Assembly to take measures to allow unhindered access to information journalists and not to allow such actions that directly violate journalists' work.
