According to British media, the girl was believed to be crossing the road when the car hit her. Death was declared at the scene.
Likewise today, a 75 - year - old woman has lost her life in her car because of the cold, while a 46 - year - old has died as a result of an accident.
Two other people died Wednesday, while four people died Tuesday in an accident.
