Over the last three years, over 35 thousand Kosovars have been repatriated from European countries. In 2015 some 18 thousand returned in 2016, over 13 thousand, and in 2017 over 4,500.
Most have returned from countries such as Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, France and Austria. It is estimated that repatriated persons do not receive adequate institutional support, among other things, because they do not have enough information about their support.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs (MPB) has confirmed to the newspaper “Voice” that the number of repatriated in the last three years is over 35 thousand.
In 2015 the number of forcibly re-admissions and volunteers is about 18 thousand. By 2016 it is 13030 people. And in 2017 the number of forcibly readmissions and volunteers is 4509 persons”, says the response of this ministry
