This was the third time that this shift of the status of the Youth Palace, from Social Company to Public Company, has gone for approval in this Commission, but it has not passed over for two more reasons, writes Koha Ditore today.
Even at this meeting, Commission Chairman Sala Berisha-Shala, who comes from PDK ranks, has insisted that this point of the agenda not be passed by establishing dilemmas if the past around the Youth Palace is well clarified.
“I think that the request must first be submitted to the AKP to see if this company has problems with other parties, when it is known it has been burned many years ago, and its assets have been damaged. So these things need to be well clarified, and we need to see if there are debts to the company, and if there are, who will take over to pay off them”, Shala said.
