Vetevendosje movement condemns removal of the national flag and calls it a shameful act

Following the removal of the national flag from “circle of” in Pristina at the order of Prime Minister Haradinaj, and the deployment of that state, the Vetevendosje Movement has reacted.

The removal of the red flag is shameful, even though the pages of those who give and apply such orders have long not become red. It is shameful because the national flag does not contest independence or the sovereignty of Kosovo. In the Pristina circle, Kosovo has sovereignty, there is no need for police shares and in the dark in that country. If governments were concerned about extending the sovereignty of Kosovo, then they would seek to raise the flag in northern Kosovo or in the enclaves that they have established themselves through ethnic decentralisation. We know that the game of flags is being made to cover up the catastrophic failures of this government and the previous governments, which have impoverished Kosovo, destroyed industries through wild privatisations, stole its underground assets through criminal concessions, destroyed local production and agriculture through corporations importing from Serbia. It is these governments that, with their corruption, have isolated Kosovo and brought the black page all over Europe, where the media write that we are governed by criminals. They're the government that disarmed it. U n They've left us without armies, sold the national ideal and wanted to destroy our identity and history, everything to ensure their power. No flag game, night or day, can cover their shame.

It is quite wrong to show the power of Kosovo's citizenship against the national flag. Independence came as a result of centuries-old sacrifice with the national flag against the Serbian state.
