According to them, the requirement for parliamentary debate, debate and the vote on recommendations are in full accordance with the Parliament's Work Rule, as well as with parliamentary practices.
We ask the Ministry of Justice to respect the will of the Republic of Kosovo so that it does not interfere with the work of the Parliament, but to carry out the duties entrusted to the Law and Constitution. We call the Kosovo Judiciary Council to carry out its constitutional mandate with seriousness and dedication. The same rather than baseless reactions should not allow the degradation of the justice system, as a result of which political activists are assembled criminal cases”, the VV's response reported.

The following are recommendations adopted today in the Kosovo Assembly:
In case of the attack on the Republic of Kosovo's Parliament building on August 4th 2016, a complete, independent international investigation of the entire case, by any of the Western EU nations, including the neutral countries of Western Europe and Switzerland, has ruled out the case of Astrit Dehar, which will be investigated separately.
To investigate and find the responsibilities in the high hierarchy of the Kosovo Police, involved in in insinuating the attack on the Parliament building on August 4th 2016, and for the criminal persecution of activists of the Vetevendosje Movement in this case.
To investigate and take legal responsibility for all responsible persons in the state hierarchy, for the persecution of activists of the Vetevendosje Movement.
