Thaci: Irresponsible Institutions With the Hidem Jasharı

So there are no guards 24 hours a day, there are no guards, which means that any irresponsible citizens can go and write on the walls of this compound, because no one provides it. On the other hand, the section that covers and protects this complex, many beams of this skeleton are damaged and rotten, and any moment they may fall, which may be damaged but may also hurt visitors. So these are some of the emergency interventions that can be made without legal changes, they don't have large cost unaffordable to Kosovo institutions, while legal changes are necessary for the big long-term conservative project”, he said.

Thaci said that part of the shared budget for the Jashar family complex has turned into a success, while another part has been re-determined, while the state of this complex remains alarming, testifies to the inability to manage tools on the part of the respective institutions.

While the Hive has emergency needs and the situation is really bad, at the same time it remains unexplored means, that means irresponsibly, but also the inability to manage the tools on the part of the relevant institutions... According to Thaci, the Skyeraj municipality has a small budget and until the Jashar family complex is state property, as such, should be under the protection of central institutions.

Meanwhile, it says they will not stop currentising this issue until Kosovo institutions take all necessary measures for the rescue, preservation and conservation of this complex.

I believe, fortunately, with media support normally, with the support of many citizens, we will be able to keep this topic current, until Kosovo institutions take all measures for the rescue, preservation and conservation of the Jashar family complex. I as citizens have nothing else to do but contribute to people of goodwill to keep this subject current, and hopefully that the relevant institutions will take measures. If not, the only thing left to take as citizens is the collection of tools for the salvation of this complex. But I'm hoping that in the last few days, institutions have started to move about this problem, I'm hoping there will be no need for such an initiative. Since that initiative would also have its legal problems as this is an institution at the site «of central institutions”, he suggested.

By contrast, the Parliamentary Commission for Agriculture, Forestry, Rural Development, Environment and Spatial Planning of the Republic of Kosovo Parliamentary Commission on Friday proceeded to the government the draft Law for the Memorial Complex “Adem Jashari”, which is expected to pass procedures in the government and then be approved by the Parliament of Kosovo.

As the petitioner for the rescue of this complex itself, Yusuf Thaci announced via social networks that this problem is in place.
