Thaci: I didn't force MPs to vote Special, I just convinced them

President Hashim Thaci has said that what he was in the prime minister's position, has not imposed a Special Court vote on MPs, but has only convinced him that it is an international obligation.

I didn't run after the deputies, whoever they were. Powers are divided. Even when the Special Court was voted I didn't impose on the Special Court I only convinced them.
