The Kosovo Assembly has not yet set any date for holding the extraordinary session for ratification of the Agreement for marking the border line with Montenegro. Such a session was warned of Sunday, but it was postponed for another day.
Currently, for ratification of the agreement on demarcation with Montenegro, Albanian ruling parties -- the Democratic Party of Kosovo, the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo and the Initiative for Kosovo -- have expressed the will. Serbian List, as ruling coalition partner, has not yet officially made its stance known
The recogniser of political developments, Ramush Tahiri, tells Radio Free Europe that it takes into account the stance against this Vetevendosje Movement agreement to achieve this number of votes, those of Serbian List deputies are needed.
The “depends on the Serbian List as well as Belgrade's instructions. I think President (Aleksandar) Vuciq will become international pressure for the Serb List to be constructive, which is a coalition partner and Demarketing to be passed. With the passage of the demarcation clears the way for the European institutions in March to pass the visa liberalisation issue because the report is positive and that Kosovars, this year, if not in June, then in September, will travel without visas”, said politicologist Tahiri.
If the fulfillment of conditions by Kosovo is positively assessed, then Kosovo citizens are expected to receive the green light for visa liberalisation in June or September of this year.
