As the Serbian newspaper Blic reports, despite the fact that Bosnia and Herzegovina ( BiH) does not recognise Kosovo's independence, on March 23rd, under the auspices of the BiH Consulate in Munich, Kosovo has been promoted as the newest state in Europe, Telegrafi is forward.
While in the BiH Consulate in Munich they have said that Balkan Day participating countries have been the same, as in other years.
