Serbian List Won't Take part in solemn session for 10th anniversary of Independence

It has started solemn hearings honouring the 10th anniversary of Kosovo's independence, while in this session Serbian ministers are not participating in Serbian Lists, which are part of the Government of Kosovo.

It is not known whether any of the MPs in this session are present, writes Periscope.
