Politologist Belul Beqaj has estimated that the fate of the Agreement for ratification of Demarcing between Kosovo and Montenegro has remained in the hands of the ruthless policy that has obsessiond power.
However, he has said that the Serbian List may change its position on Demarkation, but, according to Beqaj, the consequences of changing that position will be great for Kosovo.
In this interview given to the newspaper “The new age of”, he has stated that if the Serbian List votes the demarcation, condition it with the voting for the association of Serb majority municipalities under the Brussels Agreement, not the Constitutional Court's opinion, it will require new municipalities and condition the transformation of KSF into the military.
