Dusan Janjic, from the Forum for Ethnic Relations, says a scenario will be realised where Serbia will not recognise Kosovo, but will neither prevent it in the international arena when it comes to various memberships.
In return, Janjic says Serbia will speed up its path to the European Union and will also receive much more money than other countries from pre-accession funds.
