These are just some of the problems this school is facing, which was founded in 2014 by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MASHT).
Its establishment had preceded a memorandum of co-operation between the ministry, the University of Pristina and the Pristina municipality, where all three institutions had shared the responsibilities for the functionality of this school.
According to the memorandum, the Ministry's task has been to inventory the school, to share the budget for this school institution, to provide boarding for students coming from different Kosovo countries.
